Sarabjeet Arora – The Amber Grey Sky

Sarabjeet Arora – Writer & Director

With 35 fiery years etching his legacy into the stage, Sarabjeet, resident director of Brampton’s Punjabi Arts Association, is a force of artistic rebellion. Born in Delhi, he apprenticed under India’s masters before refining his craft in the lanes and parks of Mandi House and the legendary National School of Drama. A chameleon of roles—playwright, actor, director—he bends stories to create visual spectacles, marrying Punjabi soul with universal truths.

From scripting raw narratives to commanding sold-out productions, Sarabjeet’s journey is a crescendo of passion. Now, he ignites Toronto’s cultural heartbeat, mentoring rebels who dare to challenge the ordinary. “Theatre isn’t a curtain call,” he says “It’s a war cry for the human spirit.”
