Adisha Shankar is a dedicated Project Manager and Stage Manager whose calm presence, organizational excellence, and attention to detail have made her an invaluable part of the theatre community. This marks her third year participating in the Mississauga Multilingual Fringe Festival, where she continues to contribute her talents behind the scenes with professionalism and passion.
Adisha first demonstrated her exceptional leadership skills as the Project Manager for Tum Itna Jo, a theatrical musical presentation by A J DreamZ. Managing a cast and crew of 16 artists, she successfully coordinated multiple aspects of the production, ensuring smooth
communication, efficient planning, and flawless execution.

Her ability to balance creativitywith organization quickly established her as a dependable and highly capable production professional.

As the Stage Manager for Senior Shorts 2025, Adisha once again showcased her remarkable ability to keep a fast-paced production running seamlessly. From rehearsals and technical cues to backstage coordination and performance execution, she handled every responsibility with grace, precision, and confidence. Her quiet leadership, problem-solving skills, and clear communication earned appreciation from both cast and crew alike.

Known for remaining composed under pressure, Adisha has become a trusted anchor in the often-chaotic world behind the curtain.

Whether coordinating artists, managing schedules, or
ensuring every cue lands perfectly, she brings dedication, efficiency, and a genuine love for theatre to every project she undertakes. Adisha continues to prove that some of the most important work in theatre happens offstage, where her capable hands and unwavering commitment help transform creative visions into memorable performances.

Her growing body of work with A J DreamZ and the Mississauga Multilingual Fringe Festival reflects both her talent and her passion for the performing arts. Adisha is excited to return to the Mississauga Multilingual Fringe Festival 2026 as the Project Manager and Stage Manager for Chamkeelee with A J DreamZ.
