Devansh Shah – The Big One

As a rambunctious toddler, Devansh sat through full-length theatre productions with the stillness of a sage in meditation.

A South Asian artist based in the GTA. At York University, he is in the Cinema and Media Studies program.

Devansh has been with SAWITRI Theatre Group for as long as he can remember, growing alongside the company in various roles.

Devansh was first an actor before moving into work as a stage manager and an emerging lighting designer. Devansh helped found the newly minted Very Serious Theatre Company with three of his closest friends.
