Malav Naik (he/they) is a self-taught chef, artist and marketing strategist. They host supper clubs and workshops that dont just serve food, but also explore how those foods came to be. Growing up in the food-obsessed city of Surat (India) has shaped their hedonistic outlook towards cooking and eating. They are also a food history enthusiast, always finding ways to impart cultural and historical knowledge with every dish they serve.
