Aiysha Shankar – Chamkeeli

Aiysha Shankar – Production Coordinator 

Aiysha Shankar is an actor and production coordinator who has been actively involved in the Greater Toronto Area theatre community for several years. This marks her third year participating in the Mississauga Multilingual Fringe Festival. Aiysha made her acting debut at MMFF in 2022, where she received appreciation for her performance in a youth theatre production. 

Since then, she has continued to build her experience both on stage and behind the scenes, working with various theatre companies across the GTA. With a strong background in directing and technical theatre from her school and college years, she brings a well-rounded understanding of the production process. 

Aiysha has been an integral part of numerous A J DreamZ productions, serving as a Production Assistant and Coordinator on projects including Khaali Lifafe, Tum Itna Jo, Senior Shorts, Seniors Stand-Up, and Unki Kahani – Humari Zubani, as well as supporting several musical events in front-of-house and production roles. 

Currently, she is playing a key role in the upcoming theatrical production DrishtiKon and is excited to be part of Chamkeeli at the Mississauga Multilingual Fringe Festival 2026. Her passion, dedication, and versatility continue to make her a valuable contributor both on stage and behind the scenes
