Began performing in school and college, where Sandeep wrote plays and acted in numerous stage acts. Developed a strong foundation in stagecraft, character work, and collaborative creation. 

Worked on Ramayana Production under the banner of Radio Dhishum and Contributed to a staging of the Ramayana, bringing cultural depth and performance experience to the ensemble. Performed at ZipFest 2024, showcasing versatility and stage presence in a multicultural arts festival. Worked backstage at the Mississauga Fringe Festival 2025, supporting production operations and gaining hands‑on experience in festival‑scale theatre management. A storyteller at heart – combining technical precision from the IT world with emotional intelligence and creative expression from years of theatre involvement.
